About me
I have been supporting companies in transformation, cost reduction and turn-around situations for more than ten years. I primarily advise companies in the manufacturing and assembly sector (automotive, high-tech and consumer goods as well as companies in plant engineering).
Before founding Styrian Consulting, I worked in Scandinavia for several years, where I was responsible as CFO and CRO for the restructuring of a group of companies in the plant engineering sector.
Before that, I worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company with a focus on business transformation and turn-around management in the automotive and high-tech industries.
